Z5 Inventory Specialists are responsible for the daily ordering and replenishment of RFID-tracked medical supplies at non-acute satellite locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with clinical teams and vendors.

The Inventory Specialist will travel to satellite sites, register RFID products, manage PAR levels, perform physical inventories, and support process improvements to right-size inventories and enhance service

Formación

• High school diploma; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, healthcare inventory management preferred.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to satellite locations to inventory and replenish.
• Tag and register RFID-tracked products and manage asset locations.
• Process on-demand requests and resolve back-orders.
• Maintain vendor credentialing compliance and timecards.
• Conduct physical inventories and track missing inventory.
• Attend team meetings virtually and in person.
