The position involves monitoring repairs by DOTD staff and external vendors, collaborating with maintenance supervisors, maintaining equipment records, and evaluating products for EOCP guideline updates.

Responsibilities

• On-site preventive maintenance and safety inspections; document equipment conditions, recommend corrective actions, and assist with repairs as needed.
• Monitor and track equipment repairs by DOTD personnel and outside vendors to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Collaborate with managers and maintenance supervisors to assess equipment needs and provide recommendations for equipment purchases and specification updates.
• Maintain detailed equipment inventory records, including asset locations, maintenance history, repair records, and current mechanical condition.
• Evaluate equipment maintenance products and assist with EOCP guideline updates; recommend improvements to maintenance practices and product specifications.
