Job summary

Stephenson Equipment, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive equipment sales and support the outside sales team.

You will identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and manage inbound inquiries while proactively generating leads. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-driven, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, lead generation, or related role.
• Experience making outbound sales or prospecting calls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lease, and rent new, used, rental, and JCB equipment.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting and outreach.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and marketing-generated leads.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research prospective customers using data mining tools and resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and social media.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with outside sales reps.
• Track customer interactions and lead conversion metrics.
• Support sales goals through consistent engagement and follow-up.
