Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years as field engineer or frac operations role.
• Experience with hydraulic fracturing equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment health and detect abnormal conditions.
• Develop action callouts based on data.
• Log and track callouts in the NexTier system.
• Collaborate with EHM and Maintenance teams.
• Provide daily reports to field and EHM teams.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies for the EHM program.
