Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site hydraulic fracturing operations experience.
• Proficiency with the listed tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple hydraulic fracture treatments, providing real-time insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Offer real-time technical support to customers and field operations teams.
• Conduct QA/QC for incoming data and deliver high-quality customer outputs.
• Prepare and manage end-of-stage ticketing for operations.
• Monitor equipment parameters to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment driving innovation and efficiencies.
• Leverage digital technologies to enhance performance through integration, automation, and BI.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the business unit proactively.
• Perform frac diagnostic testing and stimulation modeling with minimal supervision.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
