Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in leasing, commercial lending, credit, or financial services sales.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Working knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business development skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to support client and partner relationships.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, presentations, and training to promote leasing capabilities.
• Structure and price leasing transactions within pricing guidelines.

• Cross-sell Bankers' Bank products and support partner banks.
• Provide marketing and program support to partner banks.
• Support portfolio performance and risk mitigation with credit teams.
