Onset Financial is an award-winning equipment finance company seeking an Account Executive in St. George to build new business and manage a pipeline, funding transactions and providing financing solutions.

The role emphasizes a high-activity, phone-based sales approach with coaching, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth in a winner-takes-all environment. Competitive compensation includes health benefits and 401K match.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience preferred.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and close new business over the phone.
• Ability to successfully sell over the phone.
• Proven track record of executing high dollar transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach.
• Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding.
• Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet underwriting and documentation requirements.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
