Job summary

You will lead projects from concept through installation, testing, and optimization to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing or project execution, strong problem-solving, and experience with machine automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Robotics, or related engineering.
• Minimum of five years of engineering experience in manufacturing or project execution.
• Experience leading technical projects with scope, schedules, and execution.
• Experience with machine automation, equipment integration, and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operators, safety personnel, and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead engineering and equipment-development projects from design to optimization.
• Manage small- to medium-scale capital projects ($20K–$2M).
• Support new product and process launches, raw-material changes, equipment modifications, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and review technical documentation, layouts, SOPs, mechanical schematics, and project plans.
• Provide technical recommendations to leadership and help prioritize projects by impact.
• Partner with division and corporate engineering resources to improve project effectiveness.
