Job summary

Tolmar is seeking an Automation Engineer II to support installation, upgrades, and day-to-day operations of automation systems at its Colorado manufacturing sites in Fort Collins and Windsor.

The role covers programming, qualification, change controls, data reporting, and lifecycle documentation, with on-call and weekend support as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a regulated setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of equipment automation or computer system experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with GMP/ISO 9001 and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and identify process improvements on automation equipment and systems.
• Manage change controls for automated equipment and systems.
• Program/configure controllers, HMIs, SCADA, and data historians.
• Author/edit IQ/OQ/PQ and lifecycle documentation (URS, DS, FS, CS, SOPs).
• Lead project management of automation projects within budget and schedule.
