Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of production and packaging equipment and aseptic processes at the Fort Collins facility. You will provide technical support across manufacturing areas and lead a team to maintain operational readiness.

You will manage staff, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and budgets, ensuring compliance with cGMP; collaborate on investigations, audits, safety, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of maintenance experience in a regulated industry.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with automated PM scheduling, work orders, spare parts and calibration software (Maximo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct activities with Maintenance Manager to ensure readiness within budget.
• Manage maintenance systems and staff to complete work orders on time and with quality.
• Hire, train, supervise, counsel and evaluate staff; conduct annual appraisals.
• Establish a training program for Production Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and oversee budget reviews.
• Assist with quality investigations and audits.
• Support facility layout, expand newer processes and collaborations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and documented.
