Job summary

The LGES-Honda Joint Venture, L-H Battery Company, is seeking an Equipment Engineer 1 to support manufacturing, optimize equipment, and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while ensuring workplace safety. Responsibilities include data-driven problem solving, PLC/Ladder Logic updates, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 0–3+ years in manufacturing, familiarity with CAD tools, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3+ years in manufacturing, co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and justify solutions to complex equipment problems using data and PDCA.
• Monitor equipment to optimize manufacturing performance while controlling costs and safety.
