Responsibilities

• Manage equipment engineering and maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and downtime to identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Lead resolution of complex equipment failures to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Coordinate equipment activities with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Engineering.
