Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of experience as Equipment Engineer or Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician in a high volume semiconductor environment.
• One year of hands-on experience with semiconductor tools and equipment.
• Experience with tools such as Ebarra, Strasbaugh/Revasum, or AMAT Mirra Mesa.
• Experience with metrology tools such as CD SEM.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Researches, evaluates, and recommends tool selections to improve yield and lower costs.
• Analyzes tool data, compiles reports, and suggests corrective action.
• Manages projects of varying scope, schedule, and budget to meet timelines.
• Coordinates and prioritizes tool maintenance to maximize uptime and stay within specs.
• Creates diagrams or schematics using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and implements countermeasures to prevent breakdowns.
• Researches and implements emergency tool recovery plans for hard down situations.
