Insight Global is looking for a Equipment Engineer to join a growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. The equipment engineer is responsible for analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to track breakdown frequency, uptime, and production performance, while reporting on micro-stops, breakdown maintenance, and yield to develop improvement plans. They design and review production work orders based on PLCs, implement and test new equipment and technology, and collaborate with other departments to enhance process quality. Documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives are also key parts of the role.
