Job description

Our client is a global leader in their manufacturing sector. They are looking for an Equipment Engineer to join their team at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on integrity of equipment at the facility
  • Participate in capital projects and provide technical support
  • Oversee MOC and auditing
  • Maintain systems to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals
  • Adhere to site safety guidelines and regulations
  • Provide regulatory interpretation and support

Salary Range: $110,000/year - $130,000/year + bonus

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a hands-on engineering role in a chemical/food manufacturing or refinery environment
  • Understanding of chemical unit operations
  • Any experience of codes and standards such as ASME, API, OSHA, etc. is a plus
