What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated individuals who can perform diagnostic and repair procedures on gas or diesel engines, automatic or manual transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Provide labor time estimates and explain causes and repairs to the advisor.

As a Hubler Ford Technician, you'll find opportunities, resources, and support to grow professionally as a Ford Certified Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and executing Repair Orders as dispatched.
• Performing diagnostic services to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor time and parts estimates for repairs.
• Completing work within a reasonable time and quality standards.
• Maintaining organized, clean workspace and tools.
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Willingness to learn and continue education.

Specific Requirements:

• Ford experience highly considered.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ford certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
