Honda in Marysville, Ohio is seeking a qualified Mechanical/Industrial Engineer to lead equipment integration for new model introductions. Work as part of a multi‑discipline team to introduce and implement equipment required for new model introduction into Honda facilities. Leveraging 3‑D CAD software and simulation tools, identify key change points and summarize them into a specification that fixes design requirements. Drive forward projects and activities as functional Project Leader, Person in Charge (PIC), or Subject Matter Expert from inception through handoff to final design/assembly. Focus on characteristic improvements that align with the Business Unit strategy and regional goals while collaborating with the design team and plant members to achieve required quality, cost, and safety criteria.
