Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Supply Manager for the Natrium deployment at the Kemmerer Power Generating Station in Bellevue, WA. You will own delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and coordinate procurement, fabrication, testing, and commissioning to meet schedule and budget.

This contract role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years in supply chain or project delivery, and hands‑on experience with Jira and P6. Travel 20–40% as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, Project Management or Project Delivery.
• Proven leadership across large projects with multiple teams.
• Familiar with Jira and P6 Primavera tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for equipment delivery for the Natrium deployment.
• Plan and manage overall execution of plant equipment delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, procurement, QA, fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
• Communicate project information to key stakeholders with controlled dissemination.
• Define and lead execution strategy for equipment across teams and organizations.
• Drive on-time and on-budget equipment delivery per project plan.
• Develop plans with project teams and keep leadership informed on progress.
