Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Senior Manager for the I&C Supplied Equipment Group to support the Natrium project and ensure safe, timely delivery of equipment such as DCS, RPS, sensors, and transmitters. This role reports to the Natrium Director and coordinates with suppliers and internal teams to meet program objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a team, manage supplier relationships, and drive project controls while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards in a dynamic nuclear

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with I&C systems in engineering and supplier environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• Experience coordinating with engineering groups and suppliers on design and manufacturing.
• Experience with project controls, cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Supply Managers within the I&C Supplied Equipment Group.
• Interface with Natrium Supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of I&C equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering departments to ensure safe and timely delivery of components.
• Oversee supplier performance management and oversight.
• Support monitoring of I&C supply chain metrics (cost, schedule, quality, safety).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quality, and Facilities to ensure procedures compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to ESMs and partners.
• Ensure adherence to project management tools for cost, schedule, and submittals.
• Review statements of work and project planning to meet objectives.
• Oversee supplier selection activities.
• Maintain awareness of supplier capabilities and relationships.
