TerraPower LLC. seeks a Field Engineering Manager to lead the Natrium project team at the Kemmerer, Wyoming site. You will oversee field engineers, manage staffing, and ensure design, quality and safety standards are met throughout construction and commissioning phases.

You will collaborate with site, design engineering, QA, licensing and regulators, driving efficient field execution and timely deliveries while mentoring staff and supporting recruitment and onboarding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline from ABET accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of field/construction engineering experience on power/nuclear/large industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and isometrics.
• Experience with nuclear quality requirements (NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B) preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D models and construction document control systems.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Primavera P6 a plus.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; able to meet site access requirements.
• Strong communication, trust, integrity and teamwork orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee field engineering activities in support of construction, testing, startup and turnover.
• Develop staffing plans based on project needs and forecasts.
• Coordinate with construction management, licensing, QA, procurement and regulators.
• Resolve technical issues and manage priority conflicts with senior leadership escalations.
• Mentor engineers and facilitate training opportunities within Natrium program scope.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and indoctrination for onsite engineers.
