Job summary

Signal Energy Constructors, a full-service EPC contractor, seeks an Asset Manager to oversee project assets across multiple construction sites. You will coordinate with field teams and offices to ensure reliable equipment performance and timely project completion.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least three years in asset management within an EPC setting; experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of asset management experience with an EPC Contractor.
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Field experience supervising personnel and task delegation.
• Ability to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Proven analytical, mathematical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy through work experience.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a supportive team member.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage asset performance across multiple sites to meet deadlines.
• Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment and dependencies.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with rental partners and manage O&M agreements.
• Work with accounting to approve invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Oversee maintenance and operations of assets on site.
• Coordinate deliveries, setup, and maintenance of on-site fleet and infrastructure.
• Lead on-site inspections of equipment.
• Report equipment needs to Construction Manager and Equipment Director.
• Collaborate with field service teams and finance.
• Support site BAU activities.
