Job summary

SIGMA Group in Evansville, Indiana is seeking an Equipment Content & Data Supervisor to lead the listing, template development, and equipment-data functions, ensuring accurate, scalable information across the organization.

You will coach the Listing Lead and cross-functionally partner with departments to improve data quality, implement automation, and drive KPIs for productivity and turnaround time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product data management or technical content operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for listing and template/data functions, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Coach and develop the Listing Lead and team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely day-to-day listing activities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better data sourcing.
