Job summary

SIGMA Group in Evansville, Indiana seeks an Equipment Content & Data Supervisor to lead the listing, template, and equipment-data functions, driving data quality, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role oversees workflows, KPIs, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate equipment information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product data management or technical content operations.
• Experience leading data quality initiatives and technical data operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIGMA's Listing and Template/Data functions, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Coach the Listing Lead and team members to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Oversee development and expansion of equipment template database, manufacturer/model library, and OEM documentation.
• Develop workflows and QC processes across listing, template development, and data activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify training, staffing, and resource needs.
• Provide regular updates on performance and strategic initiatives.
• Lead departmental planning and structural changes to support growth.
