Job summary

Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or GED required.
Some college coursework preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of guest service, relevant IT, and computer experience required.

Responsibilities

Inventory and tracking of all equipment and assets assigned to the Department of Guest Services on the floor, booths, offices, and basement areas.
Monitor equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning, replenish supplies, and escalate non-functional items.
Maintain equipment performance by coordinating maintenance and communicating with IT and regulatory departments.
Work independently on projects to implement new strategies for equipment efficiency and engage with guests while upholding service standards.
Conduct quarterly audits to verify asset list accuracy and support promotions and events.
