Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Maintenance Helper to support cleaning and maintenance tasks across the property and connected facilities. The role collaborates with Facilities and EVS teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, minor repairs, and daily inspections to uphold the resort's quality standards while promoting safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of power and handheld tools; able to operate forklift and MEWP.

Responsibilities

• Receives work orders and performs tasks using HotSOS or other systems.
• Performs wall repairs, minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.
• Conducts daily property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintains chemicals and adheres to SDS and safety rules.
• Prepares rooms and sets up/tears down furniture for events and meetings.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
