Job summary

Oldfield Club seeks an Equestrian Technician to perform daily horse and barn care, with light pasture/arena maintenance and basic veterinary tasks. The role supports shows, clinics, and summer camps and requires interaction with members, boarders, and clients. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The position is full-time with a 4x10 schedule, paid time off, full benefits, a 401(k), and life insurance. Fluent English and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Daily routine care of horses and other barn animals.
• Light pasture/arena maintenance and light veterinary care.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outside in all weather.
• Must have a valid U.S.-issued driver's license and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with programming including shows, clinics, and summer camps.
• Interact daily with members, boarders, and clients to provide superior service.
• Provide educational experiences through horseback riding and other recreational activities at the Equestrian Center.
