About the Position:

Serves as the Equal Employment Manager for the Army Review Boards Agency (ARBA), located in Arlington, Virginia.

Specialized Experience

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing workplace policies for military equal opportunity or equal employment opportunity practices; directing staff to ensure work meets organizational goals; reviewing military equal opportunity or equal employment opportunity policies to ensure they meet requirements.



Time in Grade Requirement

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
