Job summary

The Eaton Corporation Epoxy Technician II position at Maxwell Avenue in Greenwood, SC offers a hourly rate of $20.00 and a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30am to 1:30pm. This role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity in the epoxy process line.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, grinding, demasking, inspecting busbars, matching paperwork, scanning barcodes and supporting multiple areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No relocation benefit; reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT plans offered.
• Minimum 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.
• Minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support epoxy process at Maxwell Avenue site with focus on safety and quality.
• Load/unload, grind, demask, and prepare busbars for epoxy process.
• Inspect busbars with gauges and tape measures for quality defects.
• Match paperwork and barcodes; ensure correct quantity and plating type.
• Flex to other areas as needed and operate material handling equipment.
