Job summary

Kaloutas Flooring in Worcester, MA is seeking hard-working Industrial Flooring Installers to support commercial and industrial projects across the Northeast. You'll work with foremen and fellow installers to deliver high-quality epoxy and resinous floors.

You will prep surfaces, operate grinders, install flooring systems, and ensure safety on site. Previous epoxy or polished concrete experience is a plus, with room to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

Kaloutas Flooring is looking for hardworking, dependable Industrial Flooring Installers to join our team and support commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Northeast.

What You’ll Do

Epoxy Flooring Installer

No two projects are exactly the same. Depending on the job, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing concrete and other flooring surfaces
• Operating grinders and other surface-preparation equipment
• Installing epoxy and resinous flooring systems
• Assisting with polished concrete applications
• Mixing and applying flooring materials
• Measuring areas and calculating material needs
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Following all company and jobsite safety requirements
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will:

• Be dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance

• Be comfortable with basic jobsite math, including multiplication, division, square footage, ratios, and unit conversions
• Have reliable transportation

• Be able and willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies
• Be comfortable working in an active commercial or industrial construction environment

Previous epoxy, polished concrete, concrete preparation, or commercial flooring experience is a plus.
