Job summary

Kaloutas is seeking hardworking Industrial Flooring Installers to support commercial and industrial flooring projects across the Northeast. You will join a team delivering high-quality epoxy, resinous, and polished concrete finishes.

You will work with foremen and other installers, follow safety policies, perform surface preparation, measure areas, mix materials, and help ensure projects finish on schedule with quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Be dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.

• Communicate professionally with teammates and supervisors.
• Be comfortable with basic jobsite math including multiplication, division, square footage, ratios, and unit conversions.

• Be comfortable working in an active commercial or industrial construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing concrete and other flooring surfaces.
• Operating grinders and other surface-preparation equipment.
• Installing epoxy and resinous flooring systems.
• Assisting with polished concrete applications.
• Mixing and applying flooring materials.
• Measuring areas and calculating material needs.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Following all company and jobsite safety requirements.
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
