Job summary

Kaloutas in Portsmouth, NH is seeking hardworking Industrial Flooring Installers to support commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Northeast.

As an Installer, you will work with foremen and crew to deliver high-quality flooring solutions, including epoxy and polished concrete applications, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Competitive hourly wages ($24-$32/hour) and a comprehensive benefits package are offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable with basic jobsite math (multiplication, division, square footage, ratios, and unit conversions).

• Experience with epoxy, polished concrete, concrete preparation, or commercial flooring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete and other flooring surfaces.
• Operate grinders and surface-prep equipment.
• Install epoxy and resinous flooring systems.
• Assist with polished concrete applications.
• Mix and apply flooring materials.
• Measure areas and calculate material needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule.
