Qualifications

• Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems.
• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing.
• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation.

Ideal candidates have some prior experience in flooring, construction, or coatings and are ready to continue building their skills in epoxy and concrete finishing.
