Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models.
Experience with QuickBase, including reporting and data management.
Strong financial acumen: cost, revenue, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Experience transforming Excel-based financial reporting into scalable dashboards.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance data reporting.
Experience supporting PMO, finance transformation, or enterprise reporting.
Attention to data quality and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Create and enhance project portfolio dashboards and reports using Power BI and QuickBase.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for portfolio cost, revenue, and performance.
Analyze financial data stored in Excel and transform it into centralized reporting.
Support the transition to a governed data-centric reporting repository.
Collaborate with PMO, finance, technology, and stakeholders to standardize reporting.
