Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in PM, strong banking knowledge, and a proven track record in leading large PMOs with Planview expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in Project Management or similar.
• Leadership experience required.
• Expert knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Experience with Planview and advanced resource management.

Responsibilities

• Set the EPMO vision and drive continuous maturity improvements.
• Attract and develop Project/Program Managers; build talent pipeline.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to PM standards.
