Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management within its Consulting - Tech Consulting FinTech practice in the US. You will lead and deliver finance solutions across client portfolios, applying modern EPM tools to planning, budgeting and consolidation.

You will guide architecture, implementation and risk management while driving business development and client value across global priority accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.

Responsibilities

Managing project teams to deliver finance solutions for client accounts.
Overseeing risk management and ensuring quality, timely delivery within budget.
Driving business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
Assisting in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance processes.
