Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to bridge business problems and innovative technical solutions for finance processes and transformations. You will lead project teams, guide architecture, and drive value for complex client engagements.

You will apply expertise in forecasting, budgeting, consolidations, and analytics, while mentoring staff and advancing strategic initiatives across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Experience in EPM domains: planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation or BI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams delivering finance solutions for clients.
• Manage business development activities on strategic accounts.
• Oversee quality and risk management of technology solutions.
• Guide solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and support client relationships.
