Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to lead advisory work on forecasting, planning, budgeting, actuals consolidations and analytics. You will guide architecture decisions and manage client engagements, delivering value across complex finance transformations.

You will work with diverse teams on strategic accounts, driving process improvement, risk management and innovative EPM solutions while developing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in EPM focus areas (e.g., master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting).
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for clients.
• Lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions with focus on quality, risk management and timely outcomes.
• Define solution architecture translating business requirements into workable solutions.
• Guide and coach project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
