Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within Tech Consulting to lead project teams, design and implement EPM solutions, and drive client value. You will bridge business needs with technical architectures across forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and analytics, while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-impact finance solutions and contribute to growth through strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience.
Five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in EPM focus areas: master data, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
Working knowledge of modern EPM tools such as Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion Planning/PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Manage project teams delivering finance solutions to clients.
Drive business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
Oversee system design, architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance processes.
Ensure quality and risk management in technology solutions delivery.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
