Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business requirements and technical solutions for finance transformation projects. You will lead project teams, deliver EPM solutions, and guide clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting and reporting transformations.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel as needed across US offices. A 4-year degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Experience with modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business problems into value‑adding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for diverse clients.
• Oversee business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Direct the delivery of technology solutions with quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
• Assist in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance processes.
