Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge complex business needs with innovative EPM technology. You will guide solution design, manage client engagements, and lead project teams to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation improvements.

You will collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders, influence business outcomes, and drive continuous process improvement across client organizations. This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience in advisory roles.
• Five years’ experience in complex consultative services: MDM, actual consolidations, planning, budgeting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion).
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for clients.
• Lead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and implementation of EPM solutions.
