EY is hiring a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management. You will lead project teams delivering forecasting, budgeting, actual consolidations and BI integration. You’ll guide architecture and deliver finance solutions for diverse client needs.

Expect to manage client relationships, drive process improvements and contribute to business development. EY offers a strong global platform and opportunities across US offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM focus areas.
Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions.
Lead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
Oversee quality and risk management of technology solutions.
Guide architecture decisions to align with business outcomes.
Assist in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and processes.
