Job summary

IEEE is seeking a Specialist to oversee the EPICS in IEEE program, guiding operations, budget, reporting, and training resources. The role focuses on sustainable growth and collaboration with volunteers, staff, and IEEE leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, manage budgets, and develop educational materials while ensuring compliance with IEEE methods and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Education or Business preferred.
• 2-4 years of related professional experience in project management, student engagement, community development, and/or nonprofit program coordination.
• Knowledge of fundraising and donor relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs the planning, strategic implementation and delivery of the EPICS in IEEE program and its activities.
• Identifies and develops new opportunities and partnerships to support the program's direction.
• Develops communications and systems to ensure funds are distributed and reports are maintained.
• Oversees submission, screening, and funding recommendations for project proposals.
