Responsibilities

• Program management and student support for Indianapolis EPICS and VIP Programs.
• Manage program operations, course scheduling, student recruitment and registration; assist students with course registration in coordination with academic advisors.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and steward community and industry partners/sponsors.
• Serve as co-instructor/mentor for one EPICS and one VIP team and meet with students as needed outside of lab.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report program metrics and ABET-related assessment data; maintain tracking systems and drive continuous improvement.
