Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Livonia is seeking a detail-oriented Application Administrator with deep expertise in Epicor Prophet 21. You will be responsible for managing user access, system settings, and smooth operation of the P21 ERP environment. This includes SQL database management, reporting, and ensuring integration with other platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in automation and support, with opportunities for professional development in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server with performance tuning expertise.
• Experience with DynaChange Business Rules and Screen Designers.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, specifically Crystal Reports and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure administration and Windows Server management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Epicor Prophet 21, managing user security and system settings.
• Write complex queries and maintain SQL Server specifically for P21.
• Build and maintain the P21 API for system integrations.
• Administer Azure environments hosting application resources.
• Analyze business processes and implement automation solutions.
