Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Platform Owner to join our client's team on a full-time hybrid/remote basis. The role focuses on functional administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Epicor Kinetic ERP Platform for a complex Engineer to Order and Configure to Order manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP configuration and governance.
Background in Engineer to Order and Configure to Order manufacturing.
Experience in SOX/compliance and data security controls.
Experience integrating with MuleSoft, Salesforce Service Cloud and other apps.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Administrator and SME for Kinetic.
Manage system configuration, environments, upgrades, patching, and performance.
Design and maintain user security: role-based access, SoD, and audit controls.
Ensure Master Data Governance for items, UOMs, vendors, and chart of accounts.
Lead business process reengineering to improve usability, efficiency, and scalability.
Kinetic module configuration and administration.
Kinetic BPM/Automation Tools, Data Analytics and BI platforms.
Kinetic upgrade and patch management and API integrations.
Oversee QA testing, document processes, and resolve issues.
