twentyAI is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to lead implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients. You will work with customers to understand requirements, configure solutions, and guide projects through go-live.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epicor Kinetic consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution operations.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic configuration and business process design.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epicor Kinetic implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Configure and optimize Epicor Kinetic Operations and Manufacturing modules.
• Translate client requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Provide functional consulting, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Assist with manufacturing, production, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and customizations.
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.
