Job summary

Karman Space & Defense seeks a Senior Epicor ERP Administrator & Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Epicor Kinetic environment. You will troubleshoot, configure, and document ERP processes across manufacturing, finance, planning, and supply chain, while aligning with SOX and data governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, operations, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of Epicor ERP hands-on experience including Epicor 10 or Kinetic.
• Experience supporting Epicor-enabled manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, costing, finance, and order-management.
• Experience with BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio, DMT, dashboards, SSRS, REST services, and SQL-based troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, monitor, and continuously improve the Epicor ERP environment with focus on Epicor Kinetic.
• Provide advanced functional and technical support for Epicor users and site teams across multiple domains.
• Troubleshoot complex issues; perform root-cause analysis to reduce recurring problems.
• Maintain Epicor security roles, dashboards, reports, and other configurations.
• Own triage and execution for incidents, requests, enhancements, and recurring problems.
• Support Epicor upgrades, patches, and post-release stabilization with stakeholders.
