Job summary

Albers Aerospace seeks an experienced Epicor Kinetic Specialist to act as the subject matter expert for Epicor Kinetic across all non-finance modules. You will guide configuration, perform data migrations, and support multi-site implementations while driving standardization and training.

The role emphasizes process improvement, lean initiatives, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability and compliance with standards such as ISO.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience in operational modules (Quoting, Sales Orders, Engineering, Jobs, MRP, Scheduling, Inventory, Quality).
• Experience configuring Epicor Kinetic settings and processes; knowledge of Direct vs. Inventory, Firm vs. Unfirm, Forward vs. Backward scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epicor Kinetic across non-finance modules.
• Configure and structure Epicor Kinetic settings for site implementations.
• Test and validate solutions in development before deployment.
• Support site implementations and data cleanup efforts.
• Lead process improvements and lean initiatives across production.
• Develop SOPs and train users on Epicor Kinetic.
