Job summary

Karman Space & Defense seeks an experienced Senior ERP Administrator & Business Systems Analyst to stabilize, administer, and optimize the Epicor ERP environment, with emphasis on Epicor Kinetic. The role combines technical and functional expertise to resolve complex issues, improve data quality, and support reporting and operations across sites.

The candidate will manage security, BAQs, BPMs, and reporting, support upgrades and migrations, and develop runbooks and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, operations, finance, engineering, or supply chain.
• Five+ years of hands‑on Epicor ERP experience in admin, support, or analysis.
• Experience with Epicor‑enabled manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, engineering, and order‑management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor configuration, security, BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio, DMT, dashboards, reports, REST services, and release support.
• Ability to diagnose complex system, data, and integration issues and drive sustainable resolutions.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers, supports, monitors, and improves the Epicor ERP environment with focus on Epicor Kinetic.
• Provides technical and functional support across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, engineering, quality, costing, finance, and order management.
• Troubleshoots complex issues using root‑cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents.
• Maintains Epicor security roles, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and related configurations.
• Leads triage and execution across incidents, requests, enhancements, and problems per priorities.
• Supports Epicor upgrades, patches, environment refreshes, testing, and stability activities.
• Develops runbooks, recovery procedures, and cross‑training materials.
