Job summary

STS Aerospace is seeking a Kinetic ERP Developer / Technical Analyst to design, build, test, and support Epicor Kinetic solutions across aerospace operations. The role emphasizes hands-on development and collaboration with Core Team members, IT, and consultants to enable scalable ERP capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of ERP-technical experience, strong SQL and documentation skills, and a track record of implementing or upgrading ERP systems in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ERP-technical analyst/developer experience.
• Experience building or supporting ERP technical objects (reports, dashboards, forms/UI, workflows, interfaces, data conversion).
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ERP implementation/upgrades/rollouts experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
• Effective cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions per approved requirements.
• Build ERP technical objects: BAQs, dashboards, reports, UI customizations, BPM/automation, interfaces, data-conversion.
• Troubleshoot issues and support reusable technical patterns and documentation.
• Partner with Core Team and IT to translate requirements into technical ERP solutions.
• Own unit testing and assist with integrated testing, data validation, and UAT.
